Salesforce App: Create IT Service Portal/Ticketing System

Created a Salesforce App that worked as a ticketing system and a project/task request from department heads.  The App allowed our team to collect metadata specific to our organization without having to use a 3rd party system. Resulted in increased communication within our organization and allowed IT issues and tasks to be solved efficiently.

IT members could communicate with agents or managers via chatter and take notes that other members of the IT team could view. Resolution Notes section was included in case the issue came up again.

Migration of SharePoint Intranet to Salesforce and Creation of Custom Apps

Headed up the migration of company info from SharePoint to create custom Salesforce Apps. A few Apps included:

Employee Tracking Database

New automatons tracked and retained data about recruitment, work history, offboarding, equipment info, etc. and initiated business processes, tasks, etc.

Business Change Request

Created a Business Change Request Portal (BCR) portal in Salesforce. Used by administration in bi-weekly progress meetings as a live tracker by department heads.

Salesforce: Classic To Lightning Conversion

Lead the efforts to convert Salesforce Classic to Lightning in under three weeks by managements request. Evaluated the modifications needed and assigned to team members. Ensured the project was on task, communication and issues were being addressed. Trained all users from CEO to Sales Reps.

Implement Azure Active Directory

Worked with a team to implement Azure Active Directiory. Hosted on VM and running Windows2012. Script all user and metadata into Active Directory. Create computer info, printers, permissions, etc. in AD.
